About Renee Bell: the creative force behind NFE Branding Co
I’m Renee Bell, and I’m on a mission to support businesses and help their brand shine. With over 15 years of professional photography and business experience I’ve honed my skills as a product photographer, graphic designer, strategy expert and life coach to create captivating visuals that not only look amazing but also convert and drive sales.
From self-taught single mum to branding expert
My journey started with a camera and a passion for capturing life’s beauty. I spent eight years mastering the art of newborn photography, developing an obsession with intricate details, perfect poses and different angles. I honed my abilities to utilise natural lighting in lifestyle photos and in post processing. But it was that attention to detail and love for storytelling that ultimately led me to the world of branding and product shots.
I quickly realised that pretty pictures weren’t enough.
Brands needed an advertising strategy to capture viewer’s attention. A visual identity and a website that spoke to consumers and drove sales. So, I fused all of my skills to become the one-stop shop for brands seeking gorgeous images and a cohesive and impactful online presence and marketing materials. I specialise in branding strategy, visual content and product photography services for health, wellness and beauty brands.
I didn’t stop there though, I wanted to connect with brands on a deeper level, so I drew on my life coaching studies to hone my communication and collaboration skills. This allows me to truly understand your business goals and work seamlessly with you to achieve them.

Frequently asked questions
Years ago, during my studies in health coaching I started working for a business who sell organic and natural health products on the web. I handled all their product photography and fell in love with it. All those years as a newborn photographer honed my skills in composition, photography styling and taking amazing images plus editing in Photoshop. This all translated well to product photography.
I am completely self taught in photography, though I have attended many workshops over the years. One thing I stand by: my opinion that hours of practice developing a portfolio to showcase your range of abilities is the best way to learn.
I have a CertIV in Graphic Design, Diploma of Sustainability and I’m currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Arts & Health alongside Bachelor of Marketing. I’ve also trained as a life coach, health coach and youth mentor plus I have an Undergraduate Certificate in Counselling.
In addition to that – loads of life experience and countless hours of practice honing my ability to take perfect images!
Camera Equipment
For my styled product photography I use Canon professional equipment. I currently shoot with Canon 5D4 body and either 24-70 L series lens or 100mm macro. Although there are newer cameras around, I’ve always shot with Canon and it’s the best camera for me at the moment. The macro lens is amazing for showing off specific product features as well as for capturing those amazing swatch shots.
Social media video content for Instagram reels and B-roll video is shot on an iPhone 14pro. These allow me to produce consistent image quality. I use natural light only, shooting product images RAW with manual exposure settings. This gives me complete control over the final image quality.
Computer Equipment
For photo editing, I use Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom Classic to edit my images in post production.
Studio Equipment
For product only images I have a small studio set up for white background images for your website product pages. I also have an extensive selection of coloured backdrops, natural surfaces and styling elements on hand. For product lifestyle photos and user generated content, I use my home or hire locations depending on requirements.
These days, I am mostly a product photographer. In addition to styled product photography for your online ecommerce store, I’m also able to take lifestyle shots featuring your products. My product photography can include hands for scale and interest, or models, or they can be product only images.
I love to create flat lay photographs, and you’ll always hear me talking about the importance of skincare swatch images. My product photography style is minimal, focusing on image quality and intricate details. I shoot exclusively with natural light, with the majority of my photos are taken in my natural light photo studio in NSW, Australia.
I can create high quality photos on white background for your ecommerce web store to enhance the online shopping experience for your customers.
